Nicholas Graves joined Havkins Rosenfeld Ritzert & Varriale, LLP’s insurance defense practice in June 2018. He represents a variety of clients in premise liability and personal injury actions.

Nicholas received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia  with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a concentration in Political Theory. He received his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was an Editor for the Seventh Circuit Review Law Journal and the Lieutenant Governor of External Communications and Publications for the American Bar Association’s 7th Circuit Student Division.

Prior to joining HRRV, Nicholas worked at a prominent insurance defense firm and has extensive experience handling cases involving complex toxic torts, personal injury, and medical malpractice, where he has successfully defended nationally recognized clients through all phases of litigation.

He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey.
