Patrick Lynott is a litigator practicing in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability and immigration. He also has extensive experience defending product liability and toxic tort claims, including claims involving exposure to asbestos, silica, solvents and benzene.

Patrick also has a strong interest in politics and public policy, particularly immigration law and foreign affairs.  Prior to attending law school he worked as an aide to United States Senator Frank R. Lautenberg in his Newark, New Jersey office.  During law school he interned with the United States Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review, for United States District Judge Katharine Hayden and for the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. He donates his time to Citizenship Rutgers and other immigration organizations.

Patrick is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
