Farng-Yeong Foo is an experienced litigator who concentrates her practice on defending recreational, entertainment, event and sports venues. Farng-Yeong counsels owners, operators, managers and employees to minimize exposure and to assist their development of successful risk management and litigation strategies. At every stage of litigation, she has represented her clients in their defense against complicated allegations of negligent security and premises liability. Farng-Yeong has a strong interest in the intersection between media, intellectual property and the law. She created an independent concentration and graduated with honors from Brown University. She also was a member of the Rose Writing Fellows Program and appointed head writing fellow for “Sports in American Society.” She received her Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School, where she was a Stein Scholar and Managing Editor of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy program. At graduation, she also was awarded an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude.

Farng-Yeong is a practice leader at HRRV, which was named in Professional Sports and the Law’s 2016 List of Top 20 Law Firms Serving the Professional Sports Team Industry. Farng-Yeong is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and before United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey.
